When will my order be shipped?
- Processing time is currently 3-5 days after an order has been placed.
Why haven't I received my pre-order items yet?
- Any pre-orders will be shipped after the arrival date. Expected arrival dates are posted under the item. Current turnaround time is 3-5 weeks.
What if I ordered a ready to ship item and a pre-order item?
- Pre-order items bought with ready to ship items will be shipped together. If you need the ready to ship item by an earlier date please contact us via e-mail.
